It’s 2:30am in Wisconsin and I can’t sleep. It happens to me occasionally. Tonight is fortunate in that I don’t work until Saturday. If I can still get a little sleep this morning I will be tired all day and might get my sleep rhythm back. Of course you can tell that I am blogging again instead of trying to sleep. I took my cocktail of psych meds and a little extra melatonin but am still wide awake and looking at blue light which will probably exacerbate the problem. Anyway wish me luck getting some sleep if you see this before the inevitable crash. And have an awesome day.
