My wife and I have three adult children on the autism spectrum. Feeding everyone in the house is difficult at best. Our oldest likes things plain. If it’s got sauce or gravy on it he will complain about having to remove it and sometimes refuse to eat the the submerged food altogether. Our next son doesn’t eat any meat. He lives on a diet of bread, pasta and cheese. He’ll sometimes eat fruit or fruit rolls. Our youngest likes breaded chicken. Unless we order out, it has to be the two pound bag of Tyson’s chicken nuggets. We ordered Arby’s tonight for dinner but only fed four out of the five. Our oldest didn’t want to eat from there, but his brothers got macaroni & cheese and chicken fingers respectively. It’ll have to do for now.
