
I woke up about an hour and a half ago which in Wisconsin is two in the morning. I’ve had problems with insomnia most of my life. It is usually because I can’t seem to fall asleep the first time, but tonight I’ve already slept for a few hours and have been trying to relax so I can get back to sleep. I had a glass of water and had a little food. Just cookies but solid food nonetheless. I also took 10mg of melatonin. So far that hasn’t helped either. I am wide awake and way too alert for this time in the morning. Everyone else is asleep and the house is quiet, so I put a silent scream onto the internet about how aggravating insomnia still is. It’s going to be a long day, so bear with me, and get rest for yourself if you can.
