Today has been quiet compared to the past week. I actually got out of the house for something fun. I have a friend who does crafting. Little pieces of physical art to trade with other crafters. So she and I went to the Dollar Tree so she could pick up more supplies for her next project. I joked that when I’m a “billionaire” I can buy her more expensive art materials. Today she bought her own though. I got some brownies and a Jarritos for me. Then we went to the park and talked about life. It’s good to have friends. I came home and did some art myself (such as it is). My oldest boy joked that it looked like a Caterpie from Pokémon. I’m not at that level of talent yet. Maybe someday. For now I’ll hang out with friends who do this stuff for fun.
