In the United States right now is federally recognized as Pride Month. Everyone is expected to celebrate Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, and Transgender (LGBT) affirmation. I reject the call to celebrate these things. So far I have not be legally forced to celebrate but some people have. I am committed to helping the underserved and the misunderstood. I do not believe that at this point in our nations history the LGBT community is anywhere close to those two categories. I’m starting to suspect that they have become so loud and powerful that they are actually a detriment to the people that need our help the most.
