It’s early in the morning and I’m having trouble sleeping again. My mind is a little too active for me to feel restful. My reflux is also acting up more than usual. I’m thinking it’s going to be a long day. I’m also thinking about a sign my high school music teacher had that said “Don’t tell me what kind of day to have.”
