What do you love about where you live?
The Fourth Ward is the poorest part of Janesville Wisconsin, but it’s home. We are a community. The culture of the city is pretty understanding. Crime is low and rents are high. I know my neighbors. Tap water tastes funny but not a health hazard. And the house has character.
