Too Much Sugar

I’ve probably mentioned that I’ve been using a habit tracking app for the past few months. Last week I added a negative habit to track. The habit is “Too Much Sugar.” When I eat something just because of a craving for sugar I tap the little counter. In the past seven days I have racked up a total of 23 taps. Rx Energy’s, pies, ice cream, brownies, and one… dun, dun, dun… Kwik Trip Cinnamon Roll. I talked to the pharmacy intern between customers the other day about this bad habit. He said he didn’t have a sweet tooth. I told him mine all fell out. Maybe someday I’ll be able to afford major dental surgery but today is not the day. I’m becoming convinced that too much sugar is going to kill me and my habit tracking app agrees.
