Latter Day Sinner

Many years ago when my children were young and we were much poorer than we are now the rest of the family was eligible for the federal Women Infants and Children program. At the time it dispensed certificates to purchase certain food items at no cost. They were eligible for about 36 eggs a month. It fell upon me to figure out what to do with all those eggs. I created a pancake recipe that used 6 eggs for each batch. The family loved them and they disappeared like magic. I still make my Magic Pancakes once in awhile, but everyone has grown out of them for the most part. It is still an awesome recipe and it is totally mine.
