Latter Day Sinner

The biggest red flag to me is a person who talks big or promises a lot but then doesn’t follow through. I had a manager that would consistently over commit. He had a great personality otherwise, but his mouth wrote a lot of checks that his butt couldn’t cash. He has been gone for a couple of years but every once in a while a customer will come in and tell us about the nice man who did something for them way out of our job description. Then we get to explain that Walgreens doesn’t provide that service and they usually go away mad. So I try not to make promises that I can’t keep.
