I saw some beautiful 3D digital renderings of what Aztec capital Tenochtitlan (now Mexico City) might have looked like 500 years ago. They were done with the open source software Blender, Darktable, and GIMP. You already know I love GIMP if you have been following me for very long. My art is paltry compared to what can be done with these programs. So I downloaded Blender and started watching the YouTube tutorials. I’ve just got to get better. I’d also like to see Mexico City.
