Latter Day Sinner

I was in theater in highschool. My theater teacher once told me, “Don’t listen to people who tell you you can’t do something that they have never done themselves.” In some sense I suspect it was meant to be theater specific advice. Like: Don’t drop out of theater because people who’ve never done it don’t approve. But in some ways it’s awesome general advice. There will always be people who tell you not to chase your dreams because they stopped chasing theirs. And those are not the people that I want advising me.
