Latter Day Sinner

The squirrel that was in the road in front of our house is dead. At least I think it’s dead. I grabbed a big burdock leaf, picked it up, and put it on the trash. I figured that would be better than letting it get hit and mangled with more tires. It was still in one piece when I removed it from the road. That’s got to be a good thing. It didn’t try to escape when I picked it up so I will continue to assume it is dead unless it makes a mess trying to get out of our garbage bin. If I hadn’t moved it when I did it would have gotten a lot grosser. And yes I washed my hands afterwards.
