Latter Day Sinner

I have a shirt from my sister that reads, “I’d agree with you but then we would both be wrong.” I don’t like being wrong and have significant discomfort from admitting that I’m wrong. I had an ongoing conversation with my wife. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in business. I argued from my relative ignorance that the economy was guided by Adam Smith’s “Invisible Hand.” She tried to convince me that very little of what was invisible when The Wealth of Nations was written was still invisible today. The argument went for several months. I decided to take it to prayer. I got a clear impression from The Spirit that I needed to stop arguing with my wife on that one. I was wrong.
