Last night I stayed up into the wee hours of the morning continuing to work on iterations of my current artistic piece “Mont.” The gif I created took about an hour and a half because I did it mostly by hand. There are probably easier ways to make a 3D object rotate than the process I used, but in some very real ways I like the manual process better. I grew up watching claymation and movies where they made real models and really blew them up. Standard fare is a load of short cuts nowadays which is why I think my art is better. And awesome… it is also awesome.
