I have a lot of friends but they do not visit me. In their defense I don’t visit them either. I don’t drive so it’s not particularly practical to walk all over the city considering the responsibilities I have at this point in my life. So I go to Walgreens to feel connected to the human race. Mind you I definitely wouldn’t do pharmacy for free. The money is important. I continue to work on setting up alternate streams of income but I’m not a very good entrepreneur. So I’m isolated and often choose that isolation. But I am not lonely. I lived much farther from society just a few blocks from our new house. That house doesn’t even exist anymore. I wasn’t lonely there and I’m not lonely here. I’m awesome.
