Latter Day Sinner

We have a water softener machine in our basement. A friend from church disconnected it and shut it off. But the damn thing seems to have been on a very long timer and started again recently. I tried to mess with the timer and that seemed to make things worse. The valves were open and very tightly in place. I managed to get all three of them to turn. But three is a weird number of valves so I turned the top one back on. The hose that was spraying water seems to have stopped, but I don’t know what other water I may or may not have stopped along with it. Hopefully we won’t have to call a handyman because I have again made the situation worse and they are expensive. Should I have left the mess alone? Only time will tell whether I have been awesome or not. LoL
