Latter Day Sinner

I’ve talked a little about having more wives and children. That is probably a risk I will never take though, so I will focus on one that wouldn’t likely get me put in jail: Real Estate. I don’t own any land or buildings. I don’t have the resources to give family and friends a roof over their heads in an emergency. I certainly don’t have the kind of property it would take to offer that sort of benefit to the community at large or make money off of leases and rentals. Sometimes I want that. It seems like a more modest goal than a non-traditional family. But real estate is still a risk and one that I would like to take if I can get my finances in order.
