Latter Day Sinner

I am starting to really dislike working in the pharmacy. The position I have with Walgreens is as a “designated hitter.” The idea behind it is that my primary duties were to remain on the sales floor and be available for pharmacy during times of exceptional need. The thing is that during vaccine season exceptional need is all the time. I’ve worked one floor shift in three months and otherwise spend all of my entire shifts in pharmacy. I’m not happy about that and I’m not sure if I will be expected to get used to a new normal or whether I will just have to get away from Walgreens entirely.
