Latter Day Sinner

In a busy pharmacy with a busy pharmacist I find myself on occasion waiting for him to finish what he is doing. I stand quietly until I’m noticed. It is a chance to breathe. It works better with some and not well at all with others. My hovering can be a little disturbing I suppose. Tonight I tried not to hover as much because the pharmacist on duty gets more stressed by it than others. It seems important for me to do it since the customer is usually right in front of me or will be back in front of me shortly. I’m glad when it’s over.
