Latter Day Sinner

Our pharmacy is not only short staffed but we have the highest volume of any in the district. We don’t have space for all the volume either but most of our customers are pretty loyal. We don’t stop serving customers when prescription pile up unsorted in the baskets. We churn them out as quickly as we can and dig through the unsorted piles on a customer to customer basis. Despite all that I worked a shift tonight that was exactly protocol: Two hours on counter, Two hours on drive thru, and two hours filling prescriptions. I was a okay night. I still don’t like my job but tonight was decent.
