Latter Day Sinner

I find that the best leaders are the ones that do it by example. When someone tells me to do something they have no ability or intention to do themselves I don’t feel led. When a leader is doing what needs to be done and expects me to put forth the same effort they are that expectation seems more reasonable to me. I want to know the “how and why” of what I am being ordered to do. A person who can show me those things will earn my trust much faster than someone who just gives orders.
