What were your parents doing at your age?
My parents have worked hard all their lives. My dad has been a practicing Episcopal minister since around the time I was born. He technically retired a few years ago but still works as a “supply priest” filling in the gaps from the full time priests in his area. My mom became a nurse when I was fairly young. She has risen over the years to the top tier of her profession. She was somewhere on that path at my age but has actually retired and is enjoying her free time now. At my age my parents were working.
