I get asked that questions far too often from too many directions. I know someone is truly interested in my well being if they don’t ask for money at every chance. This goes for both people and organizations. Everyone wants a donation. I don’t like giving people money because I don’t know where it’s going and don’t believe in most cases that it really helps. When I donate to a cause I choose the time and place because I don’t want to encourage random solicitation. Begging is awful and I hear it far too often.
