How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?
My artistic aspirations require time which I do not always give them. I would like to be more financially secure and that means saying No to spending. I am not always good in either of those regards. I also have an unnatural attachment to my smart phone. The battery ran out yesterday evening, it stayed completely off for 18 hours, and I was able to catch up on my sleep.
