Describe a random encounter with a stranger that stuck out positively to you.
A very long time ago I worked at JCPenney. There was a customer who was very particular. Another associate and I listened to his concerns and found the right solution for him. He offered us a tip. That was against policy. The other associate let him know that policy. I was a little put out that he refused a tip from a very satisfied customer. As the man was walking away he took out a bill and dropped it on the ground. I picked up the bill and put it in my pocket. I was fifty dollars richer because that evening I didn’t care about the policy.
