How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
I haven’t “unplugged” in several years. When I start being completely unproductive I know it’s time for a media fast. The last time I did one I decided I would turn off all my social media and video games and read the Book of Mormon. The only exceptions I made were that I would answer my phone and text messages. All I did for five days was read. But it only took five days to read the entire Book of Mormon. I have been much to moderately productive since then. I’m probably due for another media fast in the near future but I probably have to make an exception for this blog and my digital art.
