It’s tornado season in South Central Wisconsin and for the first time that I remember since Janesville became my hometown we had a strike within the city limits. Our family lives several miles away but the storm still dumped a lot of water into our basement. My mother-in-law lives a few blocks from ground zero and lost power for six hours, but her house was not actually in the path so didn’t get damaged. I’m a home teacher for one of the families in the middle of the wreckage. I tried to make contact but my missionary companion had already gotten him a generator. Tornadoes are awful. Mormons are awesome.
