What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?
I had a middle eastern delicacy called a sourar several times. It’s a filo dough stuffed with cream cheese with the bottom soaked in honey. It’s the next step up from baklava but without all the nuts. I hope to have it again someday, but we don’t have an Arabic restaurant in town. Someday…
