Latter Day Sinner

Stephanie and I have agreed that she needs at least one day off a week from taking care of the children. Saturdays are her day off and my day to do all the supportive home care. It’s still a pretty typical day for the kids. My youngest wanted a bath first thing in the morning. I usually do baths for him anyway. The hot water pipe on our bathtub is clogged so we use a hose from the sink. That is hard on the hands and my hands are stronger and steadier to fill the tub that way. I have a hidden stash of soda for my son so I got one out for him while he was occupied in the bath. I gave him his pills. His older brother is still sleeping so he still needs his medication and for me to make him breakfast. Stephanie woke up a little but is trying to go back to sleep, which is fine because like I said it’s her day off.
