Fancy Almond Cake

It’s midnight and I’m eating a layered cake made with almond flour. It’s really good and Stephanie can even share it with me because almond flour is gluten free. When you take the gluten out of wheat it tastes unnatural and wrong. But if you start with something like almonds that didn’t have any gluten from the beginning then adding sugar and chocolate doesn’t have to hide anything sinister. Anyway be weird and awesome today, and try the cake.
