Latter Day Sinner

Most days I like the idea of having more kids. Today is not one of those days. I used to tell them, “No blood, no bruises? Drive on!” This week there have been blood and bruises. My kids are not inherently violent but they are also not inherently good at regulating themselves so that they do not hurt people. Stephanie jokes that I don’t want to raise more kids, that instead I just want to have raised more kids. We joke about all the things where we want the results without having to do the work to get those results. Today on the question of more children I’m not even sure I want the results.
