Christmas Snow

We got our first real snow of the winter and just in time for Christmas. I don’t know if it’ll last five days but what we got has stuck so far. Of course that means I had to shovel. It wasn’t very thick but it seemed like someone rode over the unshovelled sidewalk on a mobility scooter. It couldn’t have been pleasant for them and scraping up the mess wasn’t pleasant for me. While I was shovelling I also filled the bird feeder. I think that’s mostly going to the squirrels at this point. I’m glad to have a warm house to enjoy the view of the snow instead of having to actually be out in it any longer today. And I’d still rather live in South Central Wisconsin than anywhere else.
