Stephanie is watching a show where the devil is the protagonist. She wanted me to know that. I have long seen Lucifer as an antihero at worst. The above quote was about Adam and men before I lifted it from the Book of Mormon and reworked it. It’s still fairly close to the LDS doctrine on agency. Except that in my version Eve is the agent. God created woman last and the devil talked to her first. Those are both unique honors in the story of creation and actualization. If the devil is a necessary agent then Eve certainly is as well.
