Latter Day Sinner

Since Tuesday I had not seen Ether. Stephanie was sure he was hiding in the basement. I worried that he had escaped the house and found her evidence that he was still with us inconclusive. Tonight he came out of hiding long enough for Stephanie to pick him up and bring him upstairs. She held him for awhile and I gave him a few gentle pets. She set Ether down to offer him food but Cosmos got pushy on the table. Ether run to the basement door and we let him go beck into hiding. But he is definitely here. The Crists are the owners of three black cats because of course we are.
