I reject infallibility and inerrancy. I reject it for the Bible and I reject it for the Quran. The Book of Mormon acknowledges the faults of men in it. That is how I can hold all three books in my head at one time. There is only one good, one pure, and one perfect and that is God. Books about God can be good but never pure and perfect. Human words in human languages are incapable of expressing the totality and dignity of the divine. And when men confuse those words with the divine they usually end up confusing their own words as divine pretty quickly. Until you can admit that your holy book isn’t perfectly holy, you will trap yourself in human words and human wills.
