Latter Day Sinner

A long time ago I swore an oath to defend The Constitution of the United States. I promised the federal government that I would kill and die for it. I am not legally bound to that promise any longer. I am far less enthusiastic about most of the Constitution but I love and will fight for the First Amendment within the bounds of the First Amendment. I believe in free speech. I believe in free press. I believe in the free exercise of religion and that governments shouldn’t establish one religion over another. And I believe in peaceful assembly. I was an American soldier, and I honor the courage it takes to fight in words and with guns to ensure that the human race can enjoy these freedoms. Stay awesome, stay weird, or stay away.
