Latter Day Sinner

Without a doubt, choir was my favorite subject in school. I was in two choir classes in my senior year of highschool and participated in an extracurricular choir after regular classes. I enjoyed singing in choir, singing and acting in musicals and plays, and singing solos for competitions. I won awards at the state level for the latter. I do not publicly sing or act anymore because I cannot make the time commitment nor reliably promise to be present for performances. I content myself to sing at home to my family and in the pews at church. I occasionally break out in song at work when I am not being deluged by the awful overhead canned music. Singing is awesome, I’m still good at it, and to this day I miss choir class.
