Latter Day Sinner

The most astounding thing that has happened to me this year is that I have received incontravertable revelations from the Holy Spirit (Animos). Joseph Smith remarked at one point, “I have seen a vision. I know it, God knows that I know it, and I cannot deny it.” I am beginning to see how that vision changed his life because my visions are changing my life. I have been at least a little agnostic for my whole life. That is not a tenable position any longer. I have often asked for a living revealing God to show me his will. That has happened and I must live up to those commandments.

Most everything else is little “events.” I have a family and friends that love me. They visit me and I can even occasionally visit them. We’ve had my big four almost the whole year: electricity, refrigeration, indoor plumbing, and indoor air. We occasionally lose one of them because life happens, but having them turned back on is a positive though small life event. Going to work and to church also fall in that category. Lots of little events that make life worth living.
