What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?
I usually wake up to that request. I also sometimes hear light bulb please and chicken nuggets please. That is a typical morning. Sometimes I pee first. When my adult autistic son is satisfied I usually crawl back into bed. If I can’t get back to sleep I check my phone and usually fills the rest of the hour about which I am supposed to be writing. If I can sleep then I’d rather do that. I get my visions when I try to sleep at night so haven’t had one in the morning. Probably too much materialism for that to happen. Going to sleep is awesome. Waking up is not.
