Latter Day Sinner

There’s an election coming up in the USA. It’s the big one. Next Tuesday we will decide who becomes president for the next four years. My personal world is inundated with political messages. If you don’t vote for our guy the country is doomed and this will be the last presidential election we will ever have. One candidate seems completely out of everyone’s control. The other seems controlled by the forces that actually run the government. Both major candidates are reprehensible in my opinion so I’m going to vote third party. It probably won’t destroy the country and like Pontius Pilate my hands will technically be clean. And people will say if you love me then I should vote the way they do. But my love for humanity gets very low when people are engaging in political and emotional blackmail.
