Latter Day Sinner

Today and tomorrow The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is holding its semiannual General Conference. I listened to the first two hour block in my pajamas this morning. But I brought a spirit of contention and sloth. I don’t remember much from it and it only finished an hour and a half ago. President Eyering looked and sounded like the president of an insurance company instead of the president of a church. The prophet is too incapacitated to attend at all. The next block starts in a few minutes but I have biscuits in the oven and might not turn it on because I want to eat. I wish I didn’t feel like Conference was something I needed to endure to the end but I do.
