A little loopy

I have been staying up late and sleeping in for the past week. But I couldn’t stay in bed this morning, so lack of sleep has left me a little loopy. Staring at my phone so much has completely ruined my circadian rhythm. I’m gaining weight and that adds a tiny bit of shortness of breath. But I still think my brain will turn to mush before my body does, so what does a wonky circadian rhythm mean between the two of us.
