It has become apparent that I need better sleep hygiene. I stay up until early in the morning and then have trouble waking up because of the Theory of Duh. I am aware of the problem however I am not yet committed to a solution. With many of my health issues I wait until I am certain something will kill me before I am motivated to make a change. Cigarettes are certain death. Hard liquor is certain death. I am becoming convinced that deep fried cheese curds will kill me. But I will probably ignore poor sleep hygiene for a while yet.
