Latter Day Sinner

There’s a little comic book tract called “The Long Walk” (you can read it online). It talks about a man who thinks for himself and puts off converting to Christianity until a later date. He meets a guy on the spacious highway who tells him he’s right, and that he doesn’t need Christianity yet, because he’s got plenty of time to decide. The final frame is the two of them falling into Hell. The man tells his “friend” that he was supposed to live for 8 more years. The other is a very stereotypical devil taking off the friend mask and saying: I lied.

This has always been an amazing piece of propaganda to me. Stephanie hates that I like propaganda. But I love The Long Walk. Go find it for yourself and tell me what you think.
