Latter Day Sinner

I have never taken a debate class. I am only vaguely aware of the rules of debate. I like to argue. I like to fight. I had a drill sergeant tell me once if you aren’t willing to cheat then you don’t really want to win. This disturbs people who think I am having a debate with them instead of just arguing. I occasionally have a logical fallacy pointed out to me. But the thing is that the entire way I argue is logically fallacious. It’s an appeal to emotion from top to bottom. I am not a rational man. I tell people that pretty early on. I’m intelligent and usually polite but everything comes out as a stream of consciousness. I really wish that I could convince people that I am who I say I am.
