Mobile Games and Art
What was the last thing you did for play or fun? I play video games every day. I some are on the PC but a lot are just on my cell phone. I’m not good at having fun. I beat myself up over those because I’m not being more “productive” with my time. I’m doing…

A Homeless Man’s Chorizo
My homeless friend is visiting this afternoon. He brought a package of chorizo and I’m sharing some tortillas with him. He has a strong spirit if a bit weird. He thinks it’s The Spirit. I’m not so sure. We talk and he talks about trying to cast out his ex-wife’s demons but he is convinced…

Commissioned Artwork
I made a little money on a special request for my art work. I spent about two hours on the designs and a bit on the Walgreens website ordering prints. Granted my mom is the patron. Still it’s awesome to sell art. Each piece has commercial value beyond the original work. Onwards and upwards.

Just a little purge…
I was not getting any return on my investment for my art from my Facebook pages or Twitter. I have deactivated all of them. If you are one of the very few people who even knew where they were on the Internet you can still find me here on WordPress. There are live links on…

A Career Path
What alternative career paths have you considered or are interested in? I don’t think I have a career path and never have. I’ve had jobs and a lot of them have been customer service. Is that a career? I don’t know. Walgreens feels like a vehicle I’m riding in and not a final destination. Caregiving…

Day of Rest (Kinda)
I got up and went to church this morning. Both Sacrament and Gospel Doctrine Class kept me engaged most of the two and a half hours that I was there. I’ve got some good friends in the church. If my wife were to die they would bring the boys and I food until things got…
