All the lights are back on. It took four or five hours for the electrician to fix most of it. The main breaker was expired, the thermal photo rated it at 180 degrees Fahrenheit, so it had to be replaced. That is a temporary fix. Replacing it with a new one will take a whole day and require the consent of my landlady (Mom). He also spliced a bunch on the basement wiring after the main breaker was fixed. That’s what got all the lights back on. Tomorrow Mom comes to talk to an estimator for a permanent solution. And Ben learned a new word, “Electrician.”
