Latter Day Sinner

I have the unpopular opinion that the Pharisees get a bad rap. There are things on which they were correct. It is better that one man die than for a nation to dwindle in unbelief. They were certainly as history shows mistaken to aim that at Jesus. But I think the principle is sound. It is at least more sound than traditional Christianity is willing to secede. There are smaller things that bug me too. Jesus was asked why his disciples didn’t wash there hands before they ate. He said it was man’s law not God’s. Again I think the Pharisees were correct. They didn’t know anything about germ theory, but they did know what worked. Again Jesus was wrong and the Pharisees were right. The previous sentence makes a lot of people angry and I’m okay with that. Stay Awesome! Stay Weird! Or Stay Away!
