Latter Day Sinner

The Prophet wants me to be a peacemaker. He wants me to stop being contentious and using foul language. But mostly he wants me to worship Jesus Christ. Even on Easter I don’t feel particularly Christian. The verse of the day was John 3:16 and it’s not much comfort. I keep asking myself, “Do I want to be with God or do I just want God to be with me?”
